Marketing Interviews: Follow In Their Footsteps

A couple of days ago I posted a `No Bull` plan to make money on-line. If you missed it, it's in the Blog at this link When I wrote that it occured to me that there's another way to fast-track your way to success. Namely, learn from those who have gone before you! After all, there's no point in re-inventing the wheel. Countless other marketers have spent hundreds of thousands, even millions, perfecting their techniques. Luckily in the marketing world we are spoiled with a lot of seminars, interviews, recordings and more. Top Marketers just love doing them. A lot genuinely enjoy passing on their knowledge, or sometimes it may be to plug their latest product. The interviewers also like to produce these, since it's one of the easiest ways to create a new product. After all the interviewee provides the content - the interviewer just asks the questions! Below I've rounded up some of my favourite downloads and links featuring interviews with the `Gurus`. Many of these are provided as MP3s and Transcripts. MP3s are ideal for burning to CD to listen to in your car or writing directly to your iPod or MP3 Player. This is an ideal way to passively soak up the knowledge. The Executive Audio Institute http://www.executiveaudioinstitute.com/reid This is an amazing site. It's the biggest resource of recorded interviews and seminars I know of. Interviews range from people in specialised niche markets, such as selling temporary tattoos or running a cleaning business, to top marketing advice from legendary Copywriters, Marketers and Salesmen who have made millions in their fields. At this site you can listen to such luminaries as Jay Conrad Levinson, Brian Keith Voiles, Michael Senoff, Gary Halbert, John Carlton, Joe Vitale, Herschell Gordon Lewis, Ted Nicholas, and many many more. There are six pages full of recordings of durations from 15 minutes to over 2 hours. All interviews/seminars can be streamed from the site, downloaded as MP3s or read as PDF Transcripts.
