Self publishing on Amazon

Jo Han Mok and Joe Vitale (NOT Ewe Chia as mentioned in an earlier update - though the two work together!) just released the "E-Code" on Amazon. Mr Vitale has of course succeeded in using this method in the past, even getting to number 1 (like Mark Joyner). Actually it's quite difficult to make a great deal of money this way with Amazon's charges but it's almost unbeatable as a way of self promotion. You can even incoporate other income streams in a published book as you would an e-book, though obviously the provided resources and links are not as immediate. And what carries greater respect than having a NUMBER ONE BOOK ON AMAZON??
