Some Interesting Sales Copy

Two sites have caught my eye recently because they use interesting copy in their sales letters. I'm not sure whether they work in a sales sense, but hey - I'm writing about them - so they must work on some level! The first is called "The Rich Jerk" and it takes a "I make a fortune, nah nah" tone... The Rich Jerk The second is from Jason Cox for "Rob The Search Engines" (basically, creating adsense pages for hot keywords). This one takes a "Hey Dude!" tone :-) Rob The Search Engines I won't recommend you copy either of these two styles. You can see them as examples of what NOT to do, or as examples of how to be unique and stand out from the crowd. But take a look at them nonetheless.

Veretekk Lead Genreation

I remember a few years ago I first tried the Veretekk System, and they seemed to be focussing on FFAs and Submission `blasters`. Today, I've joined again (it's free for a Silver Membership) to see what's changed. Veretekk are serious about lead generation and being Spam Compliant. With your membership you get many innovative features such as Veretracking, Veremail, eStrange, The Bully Pulpit, and more. Basically you funnel visitors to some free sites and portals that are branded with your ID. These are, in the main, useful sites visitors would be happy to join. The leads that are generated from these memberships end up in your promotion system and e-mail list accounts, set up to deliver Veretekk Marketing Material (an affiliate program you can earn from) as well as your own opportunities. ClickBank With PayPal

Here's a little something you may have missed. ClickBank now accepts PayPal! This is good news for those of us who like to keep things simple and, where possible, stick to one payment system. PayPal has it's flaws - as does ClickBank - but it's very useful to stay with PayPal and be able to have a complete History and Statement you can refer to. And here's another advantage: ClickBank automatically adds taxes to the price of a product if you live in certain countries, such as the UK. And you can't claim to be from the US since the address you use for your credit card must match the country you select... but PayPal has no boundaries. You can buy with ClicKBank, select US, switch to pay with your PayPal account and skip the tax. I'm not sure how legal this is - but it is possible. ClickBank
